COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE

1. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY
This Privacy Notice (hereinafter "Notice") sets forth the terms and conditions under which Mastiff Group, S.A. de C.V., commercially known as "HOUND EXPRESS", to which we will refer hereinafter under the last denomination, whose address is located at Calle 5 number 46, Colonia Agricola Pantitlan, Alcaldía Iztacalco, Postal Code 08100, in Mexico City, in its capacity as Responsible, will treat the personal data that concern you as the owner of your personal data, in order to protect your privacy and your right to informational self-determination, according to the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (the "LFPDPPP"), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Economy (the "Regulations").

2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Notice, the definitions of the terms "Personal Data", "Sensitive Personal Data", "Days", "Processing", "Data Subject", "Data Controller", "Data Processor", "Data Processor", "Transfer", "ARCO Rights" - "Right of Access", "Right of Rectification", "Right of Cancellation", "Right of Opposition"; "Cookies", "Web Beacons", as well as the other elements provided in the Notice shall have the same meaning as those attributed in the Ordinances.

3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS
At HOUND EXPRESS we collect and process the personal data of customers, prospective suppliers, suppliers, visitors, third parties, prospective employees and employees, which are listed below:

i) General data

Full name and, if applicable, signature, date and place of birth, nationality, sex, marital status, complete home or work address; home or work telephone number; home or work cellular telephone number; personal or work e-mail address; photograph and video recording; Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) (if applicable) and immigration status (if applicable).

ii) Academic, vocational training and professional qualification data

Data on schooling, academic performance, as well as data on academic and/or professional courses, programs or certifications.

iii) Employment data

Employment history, compensation, benefits and working conditions, disability, employment litigation and general employment references.

iv) Data for accessing HOUND EXPRESS online services

Password and user number managed by you on our Web sites to access our online services.

v) Tax and social security information

Code and Folio of the Federal Taxpayers Registry Code, as well as tax domicile, tax regime, Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) affiliation number (if applicable); INFONAVIT credit number (if applicable), FONACOT credit number (if applicable); AFORE affiliation number (if applicable); tax returns, tax withholdings, tax credits and tax litigation.

vi) Data related to payment method

Name of account holder, bank account number, CLABE and bank of origin.

vii) Financial and equity data

Income information, bank account information in which salary and benefit payments will be deposited, special credit bureau report, socioeconomic study (if hired).

viii) Sensitive personal data

Data related to your health status, medical history, union affiliation and criminal record, legal proceedings in which you are or have been a party.

ix) Personal data collected by automatic capture tools on HOUND EXPRESS website (cookies, web beacons, links in e-mails).

Browser type, language, means of identifying the session with the Web site, passwords to access the Web site, access times, IP address, operating system of the computer system or device to access the site, interaction with our e-mails and our Web site.

x) Personal data from publicly available sources and received via consensual transfers.

Data from public records, directories, social networks and other lawful sources available in the market, as well as personal data that has been shared with us by third parties to whom you have previously authorized.

xi) Personal data from social networks

HOUND EXPRESS may collect and process personal data and information that you have shared on social networks (such as Facebook®, Twitter®, Linkedin®, among others), particularly that which you have shared on the HOUND EXPRESS site on such social networks, including information that you have shared on a "public" basis, as provided by the terms and conditions of use and the policies and disclosures therein.

xii) Personal data of third parties for references

Identification and contact information, including name, name, work telephone number and/or cell phone number and e-mail address, to request professional and/or commercial references from you.

xiii) Personal data of family members and/or other economic dependents

Identification and contact information of family members, dependents or beneficiaries, such as their name and surname, telephone number and/or e-mail address.

The personal data described in the aforementioned paragraphs of this section are collected through: i) the voluntary and direct provision of your information through our printed forms; ii) the voluntary provision of information and personal data in face-to-face or telephone interviews with our authorized personnel; iii) as well as through the voluntary and direct provision of your information through the dialog windows of our Web site; or through the use of e-mails, and iv) the use of publicly available sources and other sources available in the market.

It should be noted, that the personal data described in the preceding paragraphs may be contained in different documents in printed or digital format, such as copies of: personal birth certificate and those of economic dependents, current official identification (voter's credential, passport, released national military service identity card; migratory document or driver's license), marriage certificate, if applicable, tax returns, tax withholding sheet, Federal Taxpayers Registry identification card, registration card with CURP, account statements, proof of address, water rights payment slip, property tax payment slip, or electricity supply service payment slip; proof of studies, proof of IMSS; the account number of the Retirement Funds Administrator (Afore) if applicable; Proof of Labor Skills (DC-3) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare; curriculum vitae; letter of no criminal record and letters with labor references.

4. PURPOSES.
In HOUND EXPRESS we process your personal data in order to carry out the activities and efforts focused on fulfilling the obligations arising and arising from any business relationship and / or legal relationship that we establish with you and that we consider primary purposes, which include:

A) Customers

i) Manage access to our facilities;

ii) Manage access to our Web site;

iii) Requesting, purchasing, exchanging, or returning services;

iv) Requesting, contracting, changing or canceling products;

v) Register you in our customer database;

vi) Assign a customer number;

vii) Manage the payment of services and/or products;

viii) Manage invoices or digital tax vouchers;

ix) Request a quote, information on services and/or products;

x) Request the delivery, repair or fulfillment of services and/or products warranty;

xi) Request the rendering of services or the fulfillment of the service warranty;

xii) Process payment for services and/or products with debit cards or credit cards;

xiii) To complete his file;

(xiv) Video surveillance for security purposes; and

xv) Maintenance of physical, electronic and procedural safeguards of personal data to comply with legal and administrative requirements in civil, commercial, administrative and tax matters.

B) Supplier candidates

i) Confirmation of supplier data (capacity, commercial references, financial solvency);

ii) Verification of the information provided;

iii) Confirmation and evaluation of technical and financial proposals, and

iv) Management of the selection process.

C) Supplier Candidates, Suppliers, Visitors and Third Parties.

i) To implement video-surveillance cameras in HOUND EXPRESS facilities and buildings for security and loss prevention purposes;

ii) Security incident management;

(iii) Management of the administration and security of the personal data being processed; and

iv) Information management to keep our databases up to date.

D) Employees

i) Management of internal communication and work environment;

ii) Management of personnel information to ensure the correct integration of data in the personnel database and directories, as well as personnel files and the generation of documents requested by the employee;

iii) Implementation of performance management, appraisal, training and education programs on employee skills and competencies;

iv) Manage their participation in events;

v) Prepare and deliver work certificates and work references;

vi) Transfer your data to third parties for the management of employee benefits through agreements with third parties;

vii)Manage the means of verbal, written and electronic communication in order to send you notifications of offers, events, campaigns, notices and/or promotional messages;

viii) Manage safety by applying the necessary legal regulations in force regarding safety, hygiene and contingencies, evacuation plan and emergencies; apply examinations and evaluations to personnel related to safety policies;

ix) To apply the appropriate disciplinary measures in case of violation of the law, contracts, the Internal Labor Regulations and HOUND EXPRESS policies;

x) Management of employee obligations through lawsuits and administrative procedures such as alimony, FONACOT and INFONAVIT loans, and

xi) If applicable, to process and document the termination of the labor relationship, as well as the corresponding settlement, observing the provisions of the Federal Labor Law and other applicable legislation.

5. CONSENT OF THE OWNER.
For the purposes of the provisions of the Ordinances, you hereby declare: i) that this Notice has been made known to you by HOUND EXPRESS prior to the collection and/or processing of your personal data, ii) that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms set forth in this Notice for the collection and processing of your patrimonial, financial and/or sensitive data, so that, if you provide them, you will include your name and signature at the bottom of this document, the simplified privacy notice, or the short privacy notice, or you will express your consent through the dialogue windows enabled on our websites. The above, based on articles 8 and 9 of the LFPDPPP, as well as articles 11, 12, 14, 15 and 16 of the Regulation, without detriment of the exception cases provided in articles 10 and 37 of the LFPDPPP that empower us to treat your personal data and transfer them in order to comply with our obligations in legal, contractual terms, or by virtue of the legal relationship, present and/or future that we have or will have with you.

For the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data, which are not financial, patrimonial, or sensitive, you will provide us with your tacit consent under the terms of this Notice by not objecting or objecting to its content within 48 hours after your personal data are collected and this notice has been made available to you by different means, including publication on our website.

6. DATA TRANSFERS TO THIRD PARTIES.
In order to comply with our legal, commercial and/or labor obligations, in the companies of the HOUND EXPRESS Group, we need to share your personal data with each other, and with third parties both in Mexico and abroad with whom we have entered into agreements. The third parties receiving your personal data, are obliged by virtue of the corresponding contract, to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data supplied by HOUND EXPRESS and to observe the present Notice.

HOUND EXPRESS may transfer your personal data to its parent company, as well as to affiliated or subsidiary companies in Mexico and abroad that are part of the same corporate group and that operate with the same internal processes and policies.

7. PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT.
You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data at any time, as well as to oppose the processing thereof or revoke your consent regarding the processing for certain purposes—including secondary purposes—that you may have authorized at the time, either directly or through your legal representative. To do so, you must submit the corresponding request via email to ta*****@***********ss.com, with the information and documentation indicated below:

Full name, address or other means - such as your e-mail address - to communicate the response to your request; Documents proving your identity - simple copy in printed or electronic format of your voter's credential, passport or Visa, as applicable, or in your case, of the legal representation of your principal - simple copy in printed or electronic format of the simple power of attorney with your autograph signature, that of two witnesses and the agent, with their corresponding official identifications - voter's credential, passport or residence card tamporal/permanete in Mexico); Clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights; and Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data.

In the case of requests for access to personal data, HOUND EXPRESS will proceed with the delivery of your information, via electronic means, upon accreditation of your identity or that of your legal representative, as appropriate.

In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request.

HOUND EXPRESS will respond to you within a maximum period of twenty days from the date on which it receives your request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the determination it adopts, so that, if it is appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen days from the date on which it communicates its response to you. In all cases, the response from HOUND EXPRESS will be given to you by the means you have chosen when submitting your request, or if applicable, by any other means agreed with you. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for an equal period of time, as long as justified by the circumstances of the case, according to the provisions of the LFPDPPP.

The delivery of personal data will be free of charge, you will only have to cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. In the event that you repeat a request in a period of less than twelve months, you must cover the corresponding costs in terms of the LFPDPPP, unless there are substantial modifications to the privacy notice that motivate new consultations.

For the reception, registration, attention and response to requests to exercise your ARCO rights and other rights under the LFPDPPP, we provide you with the Privacy Officer, who can be contacted at the offices indicated in section 8, or through our website, or via email.

If the information provided in your request is erroneous or insufficient, or if the corresponding supporting documents are not provided, we may request you, within ten days of receipt of your request, to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. You will have ten days to respond to our request, counted from the day after you receive it. If you do not respond within this period, the corresponding request will be deemed not to have been filed.

9. LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION.
HOUND EXPRESS will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to manage the commercial, labor and/or legal relationship with you, as well as to maintain the records required by the LFPDPPP, its Regulations, the applicable commercial, administrative, labor, social security and tax legislation.

Personal data collected by HOUND EXPRESS are protected by appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.

Data collection when browsing HOUND EXPRESS websites

HOUND EXPRESS can collect personal data through its Web site, or by means of the use of tools of automatic capture of data. Among the automatic data capture tools used by HOUND EXPRESS on its Web sites are cookies, Web beacons, and links in e-mails.

Use of Cookies - The proper functioning of HOUND EXPRESS websites requires the enabling of "cookies" in your Internet browser. Cookies are small data files transferred by the Web site to the hard drive of your computer or mobile device when you browse our Web sites. In most browsers cookies are automatically accepted by virtue of their default settings, you can adjust your browser preferences to accept or reject cookies. Use of Web Beacons (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags and clearGIFs) - HOUND EXPRESS may use Web Beacons, alone or in combination with cookies, on its Web sites and in its HTML-formatted e-mails to collect information about your use of the Web Sites and your interaction with e-mail. The Web Beacon is an electronic image, called a single pixel (1×1) or GIF that can recognize information that is processed on your computer, such as cookies, the time and date the site and its sections are viewed.

Links in HOUND EXPRESS e-mails - E-mails that include links that allow HOUND EXPRESS to know if you activated the link and visited the destination web page, and this information may be included in your profile.

Protection of minors, persons under legal disability or incapacity: HOUND EXPRESS does not collect or process personal data from minors, persons under legal disability or incapacity, and encourages parents and/or guardians to take an active role in the online activities of their children and/or wards. If HOUND EXPRESS believes that personal data has been provided by a minor, an incapacitated person, or a person under legal disability, in violation of this Notice, we will proceed to delete such personal data as soon as possible. 10. CHANGES TO THE NOTICE.
HOUND EXPRESS reserves the right to update this Notice to reflect changes in our data protection practices resulting from our continuous improvement process, as well as legal, regulatory and administrative changes. We invite you to periodically review the content of the Privacy Notice on our Web site, where we will publish the changes made along with the date of the last update.

11. MANIFESTATION OF CONSENT.
In order to give your express consent to the processing of data described in this Privacy Notice, we ask you to please sign this document and deliver it to our Human Resources Department, Legal Department or our Privacy Officer.
