Your package does not have information or any status on the courier page because it has not yet arrived in Mexico, as soon as it arrives, the corresponding statuses will appear.

Your package was returned by the courier that corresponds to you, since it reports that they never answered calls or there was no one who received it, it is found as a return in our Hound Express warehouse. You have to wait for your package to arrive at our warehouse, and it can be reissued but it generates an additional cost.
